Terms & Conditions
1. Scope Limitation
Services are strictly limited to visual, non-invasive assessment of accessible areas only, utilizing aerial drone technology and camera equipment. No dismantling, destructive testing, or structural calculations are performed.
2. Flight Operations & Weather
All drone operations are strictly subject to weather conditions, safety assessments, and Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) airspace restrictions. INSPECTRA reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or abort any flight on-site if conditions are deemed unsafe or legally restricted, without liability for delay.
3. Client Responsibilities & Permissions
The client represents and warrants that they own the property being inspected or have obtained all necessary permissions from the property owner and surrounding neighbors (if applicable) to authorize an aerial drone survey.
4. No Warranty
All services and reports are provided without warranty of future condition. INSPECTRA does not guarantee structural integrity, code compliance, or the absence of hidden/latent defects.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:
- Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific service.
- INSPECTRA shall not be liable for: latent defects, concealed structural failure, progressive deterioration, weather-related damage occurring after the inspection, loss of profit, or any consequential/indirect damages.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where legally prohibited.
6. Third Party Reliance
Reports and media are prepared solely for the named client. No third party may rely upon any report or footage without INSPECTRA's explicit written consent.
7. Time Limitation
Any claim arising from the services provided must be brought strictly within 12 months from the date the report or media is delivered.
8. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold INSPECTRA harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Unauthorized redistribution of reports or media.
- Misinterpretation of visual data.
- Alteration of report content.
- Failure to secure proper property permissions prior to the flight.
9. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required prior to the delivery of the final inspection report and high-resolution media.
10. Force Majeure
INSPECTRA is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including adverse weather, equipment failure, or sudden regulatory airspace closures.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
